FORTESSA TABLEWARE SOLUTIONS™ (FTS) is an integrated designer, developer and marketer of commercial and consumer tableware. Today the company serves the global commercial food service market, while capturing a rapidly growing share of the high-end consumer as well. Over 20 years ago, FTS came to us needing a location for their start-up business. Our team located and negotiated the lease for a 3,500 square foot space. As FTS has grown and expanded over the years, Veatch has successfully negotiated commercial real estate transactions on their behalf that total over 600,000 square feet in Sterling, Chantilly, Winchester and Ashburn, Virginia as well as in New York, Denver, Toronto and Las Vegas.
