Chuck Veatch, outgoing chair of the board of trustees of Shenandoah University, is presented with a chair at the conclusion of yesterday’s fall meeting of the trustees. Presenting the chair to Veatch is President Tracy Fitzsimmons and the incoming chair Jim Vickers (right). Trustees are the legal owners of the institution, and the president reports to the board.
